We provide ground-only shipping through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). All shipping and handling costs will be added to your purchase and displayed at checkout. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Transit times are counted from the day the shipment leaves our warehouse, typically within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, item(s) may be temporarily back ordered while a reprint is in progress. You will be notified by email when pre-ordering product(s), and they will ship as soon as inventory is available.
Cancelations, Return, and Exchange Policy:
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but we realize mistakes, defects, and/or damages can occur during the printing and shipping process. If this is the case, please fill out the cancellation form on our website at dianeepling.com for replacement. We may ask you to text a photo of the defective copy for inspection. Cancellations are accepted if they occur within the allotted shipping time.
